Shipping Policy

1 – Overview

MySmartUp Classes provides online tuition services for students of Classes 5 to 12.
We do not ship any physical products. All services are delivered digitally.

This policy explains how and when the tuition service will be delivered to the student after successful payment.


2 – Delivery of Online Tuition Services

After your payment is confirmed:

  • You will receive a confirmation message on your registered email/phone.
  • Within 2 to 12 hours, your Google Meet class link or batch details will be shared with you.
  • In most cases, class links are delivered immediately or on the same day.

3 – Class Schedule & Access

  • Students will receive the schedule of classes based on the subjects and class selected.
  • Monthly, weekly, or daily class links may be shared depending on the batch.
  • All classes are conducted via Google Meet.

If a class is missed due to a technical issue on our side, a makeup class will be scheduled.


4 – Delays in Service Delivery

Service delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Technical issues
  • High volume of admissions
  • Network/server problems
  • Incorrect contact details provided by the student

In such cases, delivery will occur within a reasonable time frame, and students will be notified.


5 – No Physical Shipping

Since MySmartUp Classes provides online tuition only, there is:

  • No physical shipping
  • No courier delivery
  • No packaging
  • No physical product dispatch

All communication and service delivery take place digitally.


6 – International Students

International students may join classes if they have:

  • Stable internet
  • Ability to access Google Meet
  • Ability to pay through Razorpay using allowed methods (UPI/Card/Net Banking etc.)

No physical documents or packages will be shipped internationally.
