Refunds and Cancellation

1 – General Policy

MySmartUp Classes provides online tuition services for students from Class 5 to 12.
Since our services are educational and delivered digitally (Google Meet classes), refunds are limited and governed by the conditions below.

By registering for our classes, you agree to this Refund and Cancellation Policy.


2 – Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be provided only under the following conditions:

  • If the student is unable to attend classes due to technical issues from our side.
  • If classes are not conducted as per the schedule communicated.
  • If the student requests a refund within 7 days of payment, and has attended less than 2 classes.

No refunds will be issued if:

  • The student has attended more than 2 classes.
  • The student is unable to attend due to personal issues, device problems, internet issues, or schedule changes.
  • The student fails to join the class even after the Google Meet link is shared.

3 – Non-Refundable Situations

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Class fees for completed classes
  • Monthly/weekly tuition fees after classes have begun
  • Digital notes or study materials already shared
  • Offers, discounts, or special packages

4 – Class Cancellation by Us

If MySmartUp Classes cancels a class:

  • A makeup class will be provided, OR
  • A partial refund may be processed (only if no makeup class is possible)

We will inform students/parents in advance whenever possible.


5 – How to Request a Refund

Your email must include:

  • Student name
  • Registered email/phone
  • Class (5th-12th)
  • Payment screenshot
  • Reason for refund request

Refund approval is at the sole discretion of MySmartUp Classes.


6 – Refund Processing Time

If your refund is approved:

  • Refund will be processed within 7–10 business days
  • The amount will be credited to your original mode of payment
  • Bank/UPI delays are possible

If you have not received the refund after 10 days, contact your bank or email us at info@smartupdeal.com.


7 – No Returns/Exchanges

As we offer online educational services, there are:

  • No physical returns
  • No exchanges
  • No shipping involved

8 – Changes to Policy

We may update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time.
Changes will be posted on this page and will take effect immediately.
